By accessing or using the Dining by UpScale website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Dining by UpScale provides corporate dining and catering services in the Ferndale, MI and greater Metro Detroit area. Orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation.
Orders & Payment
- All orders require a minimum guest count as specified per package
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the delivery date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us at info@dbueats.com for cancellation requests.
Limitation of Liability
Dining by UpScale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
